Katy loves to experiment with her look but this summer the blue hair and neon colours have gone in favour of an altogether more glamorous vibe. Embracing this season's love affair with all things vintage, her bronze eye shadow, soft matte complexion and strong lashes combine to create a classically retro look.

Get the look: 'First line the brows with a soft eyebrow pencil, I like Yves Saint Laurent, then soften the line with an angular brush,' says award-winning make-up artist Lan Nguyen.

'Apply bronze eye shadow across the lid and add more in the sockets, dusting upwards to the inner brow. Next line the eyes with liquid liner and apply Eyelure lashes. Finally, line the lips with a natural lip liner and use your finger to dab on lipstick in nude.'
