You don't need to spend a fortune to get yourself fit. Here are a few simple exercises you can do at home with little or no equipment for an allover body workout. Start off by warming up with step-ups onto your bottom step or if you don't have stairs in your home you can start by marching on the spot and taking it into a jog. You can perform the following exercises as a circuit so that you are doing each exercise for 30-45 secs.
