This exercise will work those waists. If you don't have an exercise ball then you can use a hand weight or anything weighted that is easy to grip. Sitting on the floor with your knees bent lower yourself towards the floor until you can feel your abs working, then holding this position twist from side to side. If you want to challenge yourself more then lift your feet off of the ground.
